I have worked in the non-profit sector for 2 decades, improving strategy, governance, sustainability, and financial management. I work with the leadership of medium sized ($250k – $2.5mil) non-profit organisations to help them unlock the potential in their organisations and maximise their impact.
If an organisation is sustainable they have a greater impact over a longer time, making more of a difference! My team and I address the primary presenting issues in the organisation to break open the bottlenecks and use innovation and customisation to circumvent any roadblocks holding back the success of the organisation.
